What Is a Mandala?
"Mandala" comes from Sanskrit and means "wheel" or "circle." Its characteristic circular image has a central axis from which symmetrical drawings emerge towards the four cardinal points. Its design, always free, and its colors are part of a ritual with healing, meditation, and entertainment purposes.
